What to include
So we can help you faster.
- Your phone model and its operating system version (iOS or Android).
- The Sound Renew version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- For billing questions, whether you bought through the App Store or Google Play. We cannot see your payment details, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Where to ask.
Medical emergency? Do not email us. Contact your local emergency services, your doctor or your veterinarian.
